Appointment Policy
Please make a note in your appointment in the notes section when booking if you would like to keep your appointment with a specific technician; otherwise, you may be moved to the next available technician if one is running behind in order to keep your original appointment time.
If you would like to make an appointment a request please select the technician first and then the service. This tell Vagaro (our booking system) that it is a return request (RR) so appointments will not be moved.
If you select the service and then choose a technician afterwards the appointment will come up as a return-non-request (RNR) so appointments may be moved in order to keep your initial appointment time if a technician is running behind.
Please arrive 10 mins before your appointment to get checked in. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 5 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment.
No smoking or vaping inside the salon, and no excessive noise as it disrupts our technicians and disturbs our clients.
We offer complimentary drinks and WIFI.
