Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you are running late, please notify Flawless Nails Spa Ravenswood at 773.769.2222 or Flawless Nails Spa Lakeview at 312.955.0240; we will adjust your appointment based on the remaining time. Arriving without notice will result in cancellation 20 minutes after your scheduled start time, with a 50% charge of the total service booked. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 5 hours of the appointment will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the total service. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the total service, and if payment cannot be processed, the fee will be added to your next booking.

 

If you anticipate being more than ten minutes late, we recommend rescheduling or cancelling at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
