Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on services or products already being rendered. To ensure your satisfaction, please check and inform Your technician or a manager if you are not pleased with your services while you are still at the salon.

As soon as you walk out the salon door, that means you have accepted and are happy with the services provided to you.

With that said, we do guarantee our work for 5 days for no-chip manicures and 10 days for buidergel and full-set extension services. So, if there are any problems, please let us know within the time frame, and we can get you in for a touch-up or repair service free of charge.
