Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if:​

• Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.

• Anyone in ill health whom we suspect may be contagious or who we fear could be further harmed by our services.

• Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.

• Anyone more than 15 minutes late for an appointment.

• Anyone demonstrating inappropriate and rude behavior to our employees and/or our clients.

• Anyone who is excessively intoxicated.

• Anyone who is excessively disruptive to our employees or clients
